At Apexara, we are committed to providing professional, high-quality services and a positive client experience. Because our services involve dedicated time, preparation, expertise, and resources, payments for services that have already begun or been completed are generally non-refundable.

Cancellations Before Services Begin

If you need to cancel a service before work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility will depend on the service purchased, the terms of your service agreement, and whether any preparation or administrative work has already been completed.

Services Already in Progress

Once work has begun, payments and fees associated with services already performed are non-refundable. If a prepaid service is canceled before all agreed-upon work has been completed, any refund or credit for the remaining portion will be determined according to the applicable service agreement.

Completed Services

Refunds are not provided for services that have been fully completed and delivered.

Deposits and Retainers

Any deposits, retainers, onboarding fees, setup fees, or other non-refundable fees will be identified before payment and are not eligible for a refund once the applicable work or onboarding process has begun.

Billing Concerns

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a concern regarding a service you received, please contact Apexara promptly. We will review the matter and work with you to resolve legitimate billing errors or service concerns.

Recurring Services

For monthly or recurring services, cancellation will apply according to the terms of your service agreement. Cancellation does not automatically entitle a client to a refund for services already provided or fees already earned.
